If you require a large rental order or just one item from our stock of keyboards, drum kits, guitars, basses, amplifiers, speaker cabinets, acoustic and electronic percussion, cymbals, DJ rigs, samplers, sequencers, or a wide range of accessories; we offer several service options to accommodate all of our clientele:
Self -Pickup: Clients may pickup and return their order directly to and from our warehouse Monday-Friday. A copy of the Renter's driver's license will be made upon pickup.
Delivery: We provide delivery and pickup from your event location 7 days a week.
Delivery with Setup: Along with delivery, one of our Technicians will setup the equipment according to your specifications/stage plot.
On-Site Service: One of our Backline Technicians will setup and stay on-site with the equipment to help facilitate any changes and interface with the musicians and event managers to solve any problems before they arise. This option is useful for concerts with a large amount of gear and changeovers; and for those clients/musicians who may not be familiar with all of the equipment and its parts.
If you experience a problem with a piece of equipment in your order, we will, at no extra cost to you, send out a replacement, if available, to ensure your satisfaction.
We offer discounted rates for multi-day, weekly, and monthly extended rentals.
A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve a rental order. The equipment listed on a quote provided by Showtime Rentals will not be held or reserved for your event until a 50% deposit is received. The deposit is refundable until the business day before your scheduled rental, when it becomes non-refundable. Payment is due in full the day of the event.
The Renter is financially responsible for replacing or repairing any lost, damaged, or abused items, excepting normal wear and tear, to any rented items.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Checks, and Cash. First Time Customers are required to pay with a credit card. There is a $50 fee for returned checks.
